She felt fear rise. "Be calm." he ordered. "I hear your blood raging, just relax." Up and down the length of her arm he made lazy circles. The effect he was having on her was euphoric. She began to feel sedated. "Cortes."She moaned his name. He took the small stiletto and quickly sliced her skin. Instantly the blood flowed into the tiny bowl. The way the blood flowed just seemed so hypnotic. Starting at the seam of the cut the blood just piled until it all came into a line that flowed into the dish. Her eyes fluttered shut.
