Girls into women

First a disclaimer: I am in no way, shape, or form a pedophile! I feel that anyone who would abuse a child should be given a lethal injection to rid this world of another useless animal.
After I was released from the hospital in early March this year, the apartment had been destroyed by the fire and I still wasn't capable of caring for myself...it's tough to learn how to walk again especially at my age!
I moved into my older sister's home until I could finally start taking care of my own self.
I was finally released from physicaal therapy in July when I proved that I could walk with a cane. Never was able to walk that straight line using heel to toe, so I wouldn't ever pass a soberity test!
My sister and husband live in a fairly new sub-division here in the city. They own a large two-story home with a big bonus room where they keep the computers and one of many tv's. I believe there a 4 bedrooms to accomodate the children and grandchildren when they visit.
In the neighborhood, several of the homes have children who stay outside playing the childhood games shouting and laughing. Across the street from my sister is a family with 2 girls one of which is named Delaney and right up the street from her is her friend, Becca.
Both of the girls are 13 and they have a big crush on my niece's 10 year old son. I kidded Delaney that I had decided to adopt her as my newest niece and she giggled that girlish laugh and from the on she called me "uncle".
As a teenager, I don't remember seeing girls that age as attractive. I did notice that they had changed from kids to young girls. My first sexual experience with one of these girls happened when we were both 13 and it felt sooo good, I knew that I going to really enjoy that feeling forever. I think now and wonder when I went through that phase in my life when I thought of girls as being...eeeewwww to learning that they were in fact aaaahhh! Yes ladies, boys do think that way! Not really sure how the girls thought but then they mature much sooner than boys.
When i started my sophmore year in high school, we would go to a neighbor's house to meet and walk to school with 3 sisters. Patty, Sandy, and Linda. Patty was my sister's age, Sandy was my age, and Linda was a year younger.
I would sit on the couch in their living room as the girls were getting ready which meant walking around wearing bras and half-slips. They all would look at me to see if I approved of the outfit they had chosen for the day. Of course, I did since all three were very attractive girls with fantastic figures. I'm satisfied to this day that they were just putting a little show for my benefit! I was never romatically involved with any of them although I did receive an offer from Sandy. I had gone to their house for something and she was there alone and as I entered the house she motioned for me to come into her bedroom. She was dressed in very tight short shorts and a low cut top. She laid on her bed and patted it with her hand and asked if I could stay and visit for awhile. I had to tell her no because I was expected back home almost immediately. Sigh, missed opportunities! Patty would stay at our house overnight on occasion with my sister and loved to tease me by wearing her thin nightie and telling me she wanted to sleep with me. I don't know what I'd done if she actually crawled into bed with me and rubbed her gorgeous body against mine.
Back to Delaney and Becca. As I said they're both 13, very pretty, friendly, and well mannered. Delaney has the body of a 20+ year old woman, Becca is not quite that developed but she is curvy. My nephew has a daughter that spent most of the summer here in town. I don't remember how the subject was brought up but his wife asked me how old did their daughter look to me. I wasn't really sure how old she was but I told her that the girl looked like she's 16 maybe. She's 10 years old!
Is there something in the water that causes these young girls to develop so quickly?
