Bill's dumb as neighbor's daughter borrowed money from her mom to lend to a friend.
Of course the friend kept giving excuses to the daughter when he was suppose to pay her back.
Now the mom wanted to go to the guy and get her money back. Bill quickly said he was going with her. To him, something smelled fishy.
Sure enough, Bill was right. The guy was suppose to be home, and wasn't. Bill and his neighbor waited in the car.
He was glad he came, the apartment complex seem to be a dump. Bill was watching the few people out and about carefully.
They were sitting in the car for more then an hour when one cop car slowly drove in from one direction. Another from the opposite direction. A few on foot for good measure from the building right behind Bill and his neighbor.
Bill and his neighbor, Vicki's head were turning in every direction. Fearing who knows what, Bill pulled Vicki close to him.
"Follow my lead," he whispered.
Moments later, one of the cops on foot saw the couple doing some serious kissing in the car. It took a few knocks on the driver side window before the couple pried their lips apart.
Bill rolled his window down, the cop said "get out of here, and get a room."
