I feel crushed, nauseous and in total disbelief.
From the pain of missing you I can get no relief.

I'm still told that someday you will be back again.
How I dream that one day just a little note you will send.

But I know my dreams of you will all be totally fruitless.
Because anything I've tried in the past was completely useless.

I can't describe this ache except I wish it would leave.
From this numbness in my mind I can get no reprieve.

I suppose I will just have to get used to this existence.
Because when it comes to you I simply have no resistance.

That ache is back and my frustration is mounting.
It has been so long the days I have stopped counting.

Will there ever be anyone else to see?
Exactly what it takes to always satisfy me.

Even though this ache is so strong I will still never learn.
To stop craving the man that can make my passion burn.

Though he is no good for me that is plain to see.
No one else has the magic that sets my heart free.

Dreams are all I have but they make that ache worse.
