They had agreed to meet at a Casino complex about an hours drive from her home. Her husband was still in San Fancisco so that she didn't have to worry about being caught.She was nervous as she entered the complex which was comprised of a casino, a hotel and a shopping area. She walked up to the desk and gave her name . The desk clerk handed her a note as she checked in.
"I'm already here, waiting for you. Just can't believe this is happening!"it was signed simply "Jake."
She turned from the desk and was about to head for the elevators when someone grabbed her arm. She stopped dead and turned and there he stood.
"I was watching for you" he said with a grin.
He kssed her on the cheek and could tell she was nervous. For some reason he was really calm.
"Lets go put your things in the room and then we'll have dinner, I just made us reservations at a really elegant restaurant. She took a moment to adjust to seeing him, Yes he still looked the same, his dark hair was just a little on the long side, he still had an incredble build with strong shoulders and tight abs.He had the bluest eyes she could remember and he looked like he was due for a shave.She liked that scruffy look.
They walked down the hallway that lead to the room, she was unusually quiet as he opened the door. He took her coat and whistled when he saw the black dress she was wearing. It scooped low in the back and the front as he turned her around and it seemed to accent every curve. "You look dangerous!" he said "You could stop a mans heart!" He took her into his arms and kissed her, this time on the mouth. It was long,slow and very wet. He heard her sigh as their tongues met......... "We better go she said or we might never make dinner." I'm not hungry any longer he said.......but your right lets not rush it!.
They walked through the casino on their way to the restaurant and could hear the clatter of the slot machines and the talk at the tables. "We'll come back here after dinner if you'd like" he said. They found the restaurant and were seated at a lovely table in the corner.
Jake ordered wine and then they toasted their meeting.
They talked about everything seeming to be very comfortable with each other. Jake asked her what had made her call and she told him how even after almost a year he was still on her mind. Jake talked about how he had felt when she had said no to their meeting. They finished dinner and then walked through the gift shops. Jake stopped at one and bought her a bracelet, it was Indian, a combination of silver and turqouise. It was exquisite.
They walked into the casino and Jake said lets try some BlackJack. They walked over to one of the tables and sat down. Jake began to play, she chose to just watch.Jake played well and began to accumulate quite a pile of chips. He continued to win, and after an hour had accumulated a significant pile. She was more than ready to go, but Jake was still winning and didnt want to stop. She waited and waited but Jake gave no signs of leaving. Finally she
decided to head back to the room alone.
She was furious! How much did he really want her if all he could think of was Blackjack .She really wanted to leave but didnt want to drive back so late at night. She lay down on the bed and fell asleep.
She awoke to a knock on the door . She looked at the clock, it was 3 am she had been asleep since midnight!
She answered the door to find two security men at the door.They asked if she knew Jake and she said that she did. They asked her to come dwnstairs with them. She followed them down to the casino. Jake was seated at the same table and she could see that his chips had mutiplied to an even larger stack than when she had left. The house security had gotten involved because Jake had closed the house down with his winnings. They were trying to verify that he was indeed who he said he was.
She looked at Jake sitting there so sadly with all his winnings. Jake walked to the window with the guards and turned in his chips, they counted out his winnings and he walked back to where she stood.
Thank you he said for vouching for me. He kissed her softly and they went back up to the room. I'm really sorry I got so caught up in all that he said but it was like I couldnt lose. It just kept coming and coming! He looked at her tenderly and said "You were the reason I came here tonight not to play blackjack."
Her eyes closed and his lips came down on hers. With just that kiss he filled her. She was lost in him, not in afrantic race this time but in a slow lengthy journey.He caressed where he had once taken greedily. Her skin like satin shivered under his touch. His finger tips skimmed over her and he began dscovering her all over again.She was the same woman yet so different. Where she had been so confident the first time now she seemed more vulnerable. He found her flavor sweeter.
When he pressed his lips to her breast he felt her heart beat. He ran his finger over her wrist and felt her pulse beating there as well. He brought her hand to his lips and kissed her fingers one by one.
The bottom seemed to fall out of her world as she fell deeper and deeper into him. Slow, loving, almost tortuous. His hands were so cool, so calm on her skin. With each touch she felt herself rise higher. He slipped into her and the tenderness of his touch remained. They moved together in harmony, never had she felt tenderness like this before.
They came together , she trembled with the sensation. He gathered her close and held her tightly as the passion over took him searing him, ripping into him.
They woke still holding each other and they kissed once more.
She didn't have a clue what was going to happen next but she knew he would be a part of her world.
She sat up and said "I just have one question, how much DID you win last night?"
He smiled , gave her another kiss , and said
"Lets just say my long haul trucking days are over."
