She thought quickly and said "I just remembered I was supposed to meet her in the lobby at the play,I better run or I'll really be late." She gave him a kiss on the cheek and practically flew out of the lounge. She made a fast exit to the ladies room. She waited for about ten minutes and then left the ladies room, returning to the lounge.
She walked in and looked around. Jake was gone ..............but so was her lover. She slipped into the nearest chair and put her head down on her arms. She thought about what she was doing, knowing she was wrong, but she didn't care................she knew she wanted him, but it looked like it wasn't going to happen. Then she heard his voice and her head flew up. "I'm still here " he said, "I don't give up that easily." He took her hand and drew her towards him kissing her softly on the mouth. "You're worth waiting for" he said with a sexy grin and they headed towards the elevators.
