At Velvet9, we encourage you to let yourself go, and we're all about freedom of sexual expression. That said, we also have some rules that all members must follow. Any member found violating any of the rules below is subject to an immediate and permanent ban from using our system.

Absolutely no users (members or guests) under the age of 18. No exceptions.

Absolutely no photos of anyone under the age of 18. This includes images where the subjects in the image may appear to be underage. Again, absolutely no exceptions to this rule. We don't care if the person is wearing a bikini or is even fully-clothed. This is an adult entertainment website – for adults, by adults. No photos of any non-adult in any context whatsoever is permitted. Keep photos of your kids and photos of you with your kids off of this site, no matter how G-rated they may be.

Photos submitted by you must be of you and only of you. Do not submit photos of wives, girlfriends, boyfriends, husbands, ex-wives, ex-girlfriends, ex-boyfriends, ex-husbands, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, cousins, random MILFs, etc.

Along the same lines, do not submit random internet porn. We know the adult industry very well, and we can immediately spot pro models and pro shoots. Keep that stuff off of this site.

We do not under any circumstances allow fantasies that involve bestiality or underage sexual conduct. Posting these kinds of stories will result in immediate banning of your account. In addition we reserve the right to edit, alter, or remove any content that we deem to be objectionable.

Voting abuse is not tolerated. This includes indiscriminately rating every fantasy a "1", as well as using multiple accounts to vote on the same fantasy. Any member found to be engaged in voting abuse of any form will have their votes removed and their accounts closed.

Do not include e-mail addresses or web addresses in your fantasy submissions — they will be removed.

Velvet9 is not your own personal billboard. Do not use your member profile or the comment system to plug your own website (or any website, for that matter). No URLs, no links, no spam, nothing.

Members are expected to conduct themselves in a civil manner. Freedom of speech is one thing; being an asshole is something altogether different – something which we don't tolerate here.

Any member harassment or conduct deemed rude or inappropriate will not be tolerated. The comment system is in place to talk about members' fantasies; it's not intended to be used to badger or belittle users.

In short, we don't tolerate rude behavior. If you can't act like an adult, we don't want you here.

First and foremost, no member of the Velvet9 staff will ever – at any point ever – ask you for your password. Don't be tricked into giving your password away to anybody (member or otherwise) who claims to need it; they're just trying to gain unauthorized access to your account.

Use caution and common sense when providing personal information. Your profile is available for viewing by all users, so be aware of that when you create your profile.

Furthermore, use caution and common sense with all 1-on-1 interaction with other users. This includes personal messages, chat, comments, etc. While we impose no restrictions on what you can tell other members, we do strongly suggest you use common sense regarding the information you do provide.
